Tolls exemptions for vehicles from Ukraine and humanitarian aid

As of 1st of May this year applications for exemption from tolls for humanitarian transport carrying aid for Ukrainian residents are considered from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Remember to report your ride, min. 24 hours in advance. E-mail: [email protected] If you are planning humanitarian transport at the weekend or on Monday, please submit your application no later than the preceding Friday at 10:00 a.m.

The notification should include:
1. Name of the institution / organization implementing humanitarian aid. If the transport is carried out on behalf of a humanitarian organization, please attach the confirmation from the organization.
2. Contact details (e-mail address)
3. Registration number of vehicles transporting humanitarian aid
4. The planned date and route for vehicles transporting humanitarian aid
5. Signature of the person authorized to represent the humanitarian organization

Sending the application is not tantamount to obtaining a fee exemption. You should wait for confirmation of the positive consideration of the application by the Company or for further instructions.

з 1 травня цього року Заявки на звільнення від плати за проїзд гуманітарних поїздок з допомогою для жителів України розглядаються з понеділка по п’ятницю з 8:00 до 16:00.
Не забудьте повідомити про свою поїздку, хв. за 24 години наперед. Якщо ви плануєте гуманітарну поїздку на вихідних, надішліть заявку в попередню п’ятницю до 10:00.

Повідомлення повинно містити:
1. Назва установи/організації, яка здійснює гуманітарну допомогу. Якщо перевезення здійснюється від імені гуманітарної організації, додайте підтвердження від організації.
2. Контактні дані (адреса електронної пошти)
3. Реєстраційний номер транспортних засобів, що перевозять гуманітарну допомогу
4. Планова дата та маршрут руху транспортних засобів, що перевозять гуманітарну допомогу
5. Підпис особи, уповноваженої представляти гуманітарну організацію

Відправлення заявки не означає звільнення від збору. Вам слід дочекатися підтвердження позитивного розгляду заявки Компанією або подальших інструкцій.
