As a Company, we prohibit any retaliation against whistleblowers and protect the identities of whistleblowers, their affiliates and those who assisted in making the report. There is a special channel for reporting irregularities in Autostrada Eksploatacja SA. . Reports can be made by both company employees and business partners.\u00a0 Thanks to the email address sygnalista@aesa.pl, those reporting irregularities can remain anonymous if they wish. The signal in each case goes directly to the Compliance Officer, who is obliged to investigate the case.<\/p>\n<p><strong>As long as the whistleblower leaves a contact (even if only by e-mail) he will receive:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>within 7 days of receipt of the report, information on the initiation of an investigation;<\/li>\n<li>after the investigation is completed, information on whether the information provided by the whistleblower is confirmed, and if so, what further steps the company will take in the case.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>How to report irregularities ?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Reports can be made through:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>dedicated email address: sygnalista@aesa.pl<\/li>\n<li>by mail to: 431 G\u0142ogowska St., 60-004 Pozna\u0144, marked &#8220;Compliance Officer, by hand&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>Dedicated phone number: +48 504 111 033<\/li>\n<li>or personal contact with the AESA Compliance Officer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>I have reported and what next?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Once the application is accepted, we will proceed to verify it<\/li>\n<li>Within 7 days of filing the notification, the whistleblower will receive from us a confirmation of acceptance of the notification.<\/li>\n<li>Within 3 months, the whistleblower will receive information from us about the follow-up actions taken by the Company<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Remember, under the Whistleblower Protection Act, if you report a signal in good faith, you are protected by law!
