AWSA II is a special purpose vehicle associated with AWSA and established with a view to build and operate A2 Motorway section Świecko – Nowy Tomyśl.

The final shareholders include:

1. Kulczyk Holding S.A.(40%)
2. Meridiam A2 West S a.r.l. (40%)
3. Strabag AG (10%)
4. KWM Investment GmbH (10%)

The share capital is PLN 211 million 340. Andrzej Patalas is the President of the Management Board.
